Payment

Payment to Lemur Lady is through Paypal. Paypal uses 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption so you can shop securely.

Don't have a Paypal account? Don't worry! You can pay securely through Paypal using your credit or debit card without opening an account. When you make a payment using Paypal, your payment details and sensitive information are securely stored and once the payment has been cleared Paypal electronically notifies the merchant without ever sharing your credit card or banking details.

Shipping

Your item will be carefully wrapped up in co-ordinating tissue paper and safely packaged for its journey. Wherever possible I use clean recycled outer packaging - this reduces the cost to you and the environment.

All prices include First Class Royal Mail postage within the UK. 

Orders to the rest of Europe are charged at a flat rate of £2.50, and £3.00 for the Rest Of The World. Orders will be sent by Airmail.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for (Recorded Delivery), is available for an additional £3 on UK orders. Please note, this does not guarantee a quicker delivery but does mean that you will receive a tracking number for your parcel for extra security.

Unless stated otherwise on the item description, goods will ship within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payment - I aim to post all orders on the next working day. Occasionally I will need to make an item to order, in which case this will be stated on the item description. You will receive an email confirming despatch. While First Class post within the UK often arrives on the next day, please allow up to five days for delivery from the time of despatch.

Returns

It is my pride and pleasure to make quality items that you will enjoy owning as much as I enjoy making them. However, should you be less than satisfied with your product for any reason you may return it for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in saleable condition. Return postage unfortunately cannot be refunded, so please obtain a proof of posting. Please note that custom items - especially those of an unusual nature - cannot be returned unless faulty.
